Fetz Carpet & Floor Cleaning is a family owned and operated organization that proudly serves the Kansas City metro area. We provide carpet cleaning, floodwater restoration services & mold remediation to residential & commercial clients of all sizes. Our owners, Ben & Katie Fetzer, started Fetz after being a senior property manager and a head maintenance manager themselves. They know the great need to reduce the stress that you as property & maintenance managers’ experience; particularly from vendors who don’t understand your difficult job. To us, serving you is NOT about taking your time by selling you services but delivering the services you need and want hassle free. Getting a quality job along with great customer is a rare commodity these days but at Fetz we make it a priority!

We believe at Fetz that training our technicians is vital to doing a good job. A carpet cleaning company can be certified as a whole but this does not guarantee that the technicians actually cleaning your carpet are! At Fetz we make training & certifying each our our lead techs a priority. Every carpet cleaning technician is personally trained by our owner, Ben Fetzer, before being sent out on any jobs. Great Services without Cutting Corners
Using the right carpet cleaning method, steam or dry cleaning, for the right application & situation is the first step but using good cleaning agents & having a trained technician are also vital to great results! Many companies will only use cleaning agents for an extra cost to the customer and is not included in the carpet cleaning service. Thereby “rinsing” the carpet but not cleaning. It would the same as washing a load of laundry with water but not using any soap.
